Job Summary

The Technical Lead role is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Springboot Microservices and Java. With a focus on Warehouse Management Systems in the retail domain the candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration and performance of applications. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Springboot to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Oversee the integration of Java-based applications within existing systems to ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Warehouse Management Systems in the retail domain.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding testing and deployment to maintain high-quality software standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of system architecture and processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues to ensure optimal system operation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
