Cognizant is looking for a Project Coordinator that will help build and validate pipeline quality and guide stakeholders and partners through the onboarding process. The Coordinator will also collect, analyze, and summarize stakeholder feedback as input to the program build and operations teams, in order to improve the experience of stakeholders and contribute to the success of the programs. Role: Project Coordinator Location: Austin, TX or San Jose, CA - Remote will be considered too. Experience: 1 - 3 Yrs Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. - Conduct onboarding sessions with stakeholders such as faculty, career services department heads in-person or over conference calls.
- Engage with partners to set up regional pilots and rollout programs, understand and resolve challenges.
- Develop a plan and organize events in coordination with Developer ecosystem communities or online events
- Monitor and analyze metrics for each cohort, proactively engage with
stakeholders and partners to understand and resolve challenges, and suggest best practices.
- Work with internal tools and automations to support progress tracking and regular nudge and nurture to our users
- Conduct weekly office hours with institutional stakeholders and partners.
- Summarize feedback from institutional stakeholders and partners and recommend
- improvements to the program structure and materials.
- Work with approved local vendors and local marketing teams to organize events, procure and ship marketing materials and swags.
- Work with regional marketing teams plan and execute marketing/promotion activities
- Coordinate promotion events to help employers get connected to the right talent.
- Have regular meetings with potential employers who can participate in the career fairs.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience working with automation solutions and CRM tools
- 1+ year of experience in email creation and marketing and Google Workspace
- 3+ years of Training and Enablement experience or experience working with stakeholders in academic institutions and government organizations
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
- Proven initiative, follow-through, attention to detail and a strong history of delivering high quality work with the ability to work well with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Strong multi-tasking abilities, analytical skills and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong ability to work with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Cloud technology
- Experience with Google Apps Script, automation and devops
- Experience with scripting languages such as HTML and CSS
