Production Designer II

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Austin, TX.

This role supports the execution of high-quality, print and digital production assets that align with the brand's creative direction. The position works closely with cross-functional design teams to ensure efficient, technically sound asset delivery while upholding creative standards.

• 2+ years of experience in production design
  
• Passion for visual design with a strong foundation in layout, typography, and digital asset creation
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), and Figma, with strong visual design and retouching skills
  
• Familiar with print processes, pre-flight preparation, and digital production workflows
  
• Skilled in collaborating with designers, art directors, and marketing operations teams
  
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
  
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  
• Responsive to constructive feedback and open to creative direction
  
• Experience with consumer product brands is a plus
  
• Experience in packaging design, motion design, 3D, or HTML5 rich media is a bonus
  

In this role, you will execute technically sound, pixel-perfect production assets for print and digital campaigns.

You'll partner with designers, art directors, and marketing operations to ensure timely delivery of creative assets across various platforms. This includes preparing web-ready files, resizing digital ads, and reviewing final artwork for accuracy.

You will also support the studio's daily production needs and help maintain internal creative standards and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent practical experience
  
• Background in graphic design, production design, marketing, or digital media
  
• Experience with consumer-facing brands preferred
