Sr. Full Stack Engineer - 4+ years experience Engineering Team This is a full-time (40 hours/week), on-site position located in Santa Monica, CA. Summary We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing health and wellness technology company. This role will play a critical part in developing and maintaining core product offerings, leveraging AI tools to enhance user experiences, and supporting a dynamic, mission-driven team. You'll help build features across web and mobile platforms that directly impact creators and end-users focused on personal health. Our Ideal Candidate 4+ years of experience in full-stack web application development Passion for health and wellness with a strong foundation in modern web development Proficient in React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Remix, and relational databases Familiar with frameworks and tools like React Native, Expo, Prisma, React Query, and AI/LLM APIs Skilled in collaborating with leadership, design, and cross-functional engineering teams Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a startup environment Experience working in the start-up space Flexible and adaptable to shifting timelines and goals Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Excited about leveraging AI and cutting-edge technology to deliver transformative digital health experiences Job Description In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain full-stack features across web and mobile platforms. You'll partner with product, leadership, and design teams to ship high-impact features that support business goals and customer health outcomes. This includes integrating AI-driven tools, optimizing system performance, and contributing to the platform's technical roadmap. You will also guide best practices in code quality, participate in team collaboration sessions, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Background in full-stack development, product engineering, or SaaS platforms Experience with AI integration (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) is a plus Prior startup or fast-paced product team experience preferred Additional Requirements Please include your resume and any relevant code samples or project portfolios. This opportunity is located in Santa Monica, CA and requires on-site work 5 days per week with the team. The salary for this direct hire position ranges from $100,000 - $140,000 annually.
