Faculty are expected to teach industry-standard workflows, lead critique, and mentor students in applying contemporary tools, including AI/ML-enhanced design systems for responsive branding and personalization at scale.

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in branding, visual identity, or art direction.
Experience at major design agencies or enterprise-level in-house creative teams.

Demonstrated expertise in building full-scale identity systems (brand guidelines, digital asset systems, responsive logos, campaign design, etc.)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and contemporary brand system design tools.
Familiarity with AI- and ML-assisted workflows for brand personalization, dynamic systems, and automation preferred.
Strong critique, mentoring, and communication skills.
Prior teaching, mentoring, or public speaking experience a plus.
