Your Role

The Manager, Digital Health Implementation- Solutions Architect within the Digital Enterprise group will be responsible for developing and optimizing the implementation process and best practices for digital health products. This role involves shaping implementation strategy, driving digital transformation, and ensuring alignment with industry standards. This is a commercially oriented technical role, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be part of a team responsible for pre-sales support and product implementation across our Acute and Chronic portfolios.

What You Will Be Doing

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Participate in pre-sales discussions with customers, providing expertise on digital health from both product and IT perspectives.
  • Assist in crafting security questionnaire responses, technical specifications, data flow design, architecture guidance, configuration guides, and other documentation for prospective and current clients.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, Security, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, high-quality documentation and deliverables.
  • Maintain a library of documents consisting of integration specifications, implementation plan, product installation and configuration guides, and security-related product information.

Product Implementation:

  • Coordinate with product installation teams and collaborate with customer IT, Project Management, Executive, and Clinical teams for seamless implementation.
  • Lead key technical implementation activities, including installation, configuration, testing/validation, and go-live success.
  • Collaborate with project implementation teams in evaluating connectivity needs and identifying the best integration options for a successful implementation.
  • Bring expertise in EMR integration technologies (e.g., HL7, FHIR, Mirth, JSON, XML, serial communication protocols).
  • Maintain Digital Health documentation and assist customers with data privacy and security by consulting with local IT, Product Security, and Data Privacy Officers.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, medical device connectivity, or digital health solution implementations.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical troubleshooting and integration.
  • Hands-on experience integrating medical devices and software with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech), leveraging industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and serial communication protocols for device connectivity.
  • Experience with interface development using Mirth (preferred) or other integration engines such as Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of network communication protocols (LAN/WAN concepts, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP), RESTful APIs, OAuth, and secure file transfer methods like SFTP.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging Digital Health trends.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and its applications in digital health.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and local patient data privacy laws.
  • Consulting experience is a plus but not required.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $156,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
