District Sales Manager - On Premise (covering Hudson, Bergen and Essex counties) - This position will be based inElizabeth, NJand requires regular travel within your assigned territory. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated team of 5-8 sales representatives and floating merchandisers, managing an impressive portfolio of 150-300 accounts that generate $15-$30 million in revenue. Your mission will be to drive sales volume and revenue growth, ensuring our brands are represented with excellence in on-premise accounts. As a District Manager-On Premise, you will be responsible for the comprehensive training and development of your team, utilizing a range of tools such as sales training modules, field ride-alongs, and performance assessments. Your leadership will be crucial in motivating your team to exceed sales targets, supporting them with expert advice and direction on customer orders, and resolving issues swiftly. You will lead weekly sales meetings, set ambitious goals, and manage the execution of monthly sales plans, ensuring our products are prominently featured and performing well in the market. Your role will extend beyond team management to include key account management, where you will leverage your extensive industry and market knowledge to build strong relationships with independent business owners. You will also be involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales representatives, ensuring seamless coverage and support across your district.
