Job Title: V3/4 Software & Engineering Technician Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive V3/4 Software & Engineering Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software configuration management for the SLQ-32 shipboard system. This role requires a strong understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and the ability to analyze test data effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and control all hardware inventory and documentation related to the SLQ-32 shipboard system. - Oversee product releases and software configuration management to ensure compliance with standards. - Support ship removal, installations, and training as necessary to meet ECM systems periodicities. - Analyze test data related to Electronic Warfare (EW) RF specification parameters. - Review performance specifications and requirements to ensure processes remain relevant and effective. - Update performance specifications as necessary to adapt to changing requirements. - Evaluate current hardware for potential improvements and propose enhancement concepts as needed. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and RF specifications. - Experience in hardware inventory management and documentation control. - Proficiency in software configuration management practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret test data effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with performance specifications and requirements in a technical environment.
