Description & Requirements
As a Manager, Services Delivery, you will play a dual role: leading client engagements for the implementation and optimization of construction solutions, while also managing and mentoring a team of consultants. You will guide clients through structured implementation methodologies and ensure delivery excellence aligned with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) model.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day team operations, support professional development, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance our service delivery capabilities.
How you will contribute:
  • Lead implementation projects by analyzing client needs and designing tailored strategies that align with business objectives
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
  • Facilitate business process reviews, system configuration, testing, data migration, and custom reporting
  • Provide hands-on training and support to client teams during and after implementation
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Cultivate deep expertise in construction software platforms, aligning system capabilities with client requirements
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Supervise and mentor a team of ERP & Project / Field Management consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional growth
  • Oversee resource planning and project assignments to ensure balanced workloads and timely delivery
  • Assist in performance reviews and support career development through coaching and training
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with company values
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business Management, Accounting or Construction Management
  • 5 years or more of software consulting experience, ideally in the construction industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Firm understanding of accounting principles (payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL).
  • Firm understanding of construction project management processes (estimating, job costing, billing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of construction systems such as Trimble Construction One, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, COINS, or CMiC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience working with technical teams and application developers
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring consulting teams
