You will guide clients through structured implementation methodologies and ensure delivery excellence aligned with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) model. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day team operations, support professional development, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance our service delivery capabilities. How you will contribute: Lead implementation projects by analyzing client needs and designing tailored strategies that align with business objectives Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables Facilitate business process reviews, system configuration, testing, data migration, and custom reporting Provide hands-on training and support to client teams during and after implementation Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders Cultivate deep expertise in construction software platforms, aligning system capabilities with client requirements Team Leadership & Management Supervise and mentor a team of ERP & Project / Field Management consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional growth Oversee resource planning and project assignments to ensure balanced workloads and timely delivery Assist in performance reviews and support career development through coaching and training Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with company values Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Leadership experience with a focus on team development and client satisfaction Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business Management, Accounting or Construction Management 5 years or more of software consulting experience, ideally in the construction industry Preferred Qualifications: Firm understanding of accounting principles (payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL). Firm understanding of construction project management processes (estimating, job costing, billing, etc.) Knowledge of construction systems such as Trimble Construction One, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, COINS, or CMiC Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
