We are seeking knowledgeable, experienced technicians with strong customer service skills to join our team as onsite Desktop Support Technicians. In this role, you will work directly with end users, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and equipment installation in a primarily Windows-based environment. The ideal candidate will also have basic network troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities: * Deliver excellent customer service and effective communication * Configure, set up, and install computer equipment * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues * Manage support tickets efficiently * Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting * Ability to provide remote and onsite technical support * Familiarity with managing user accounts and permissions * Knowledge of operating systems and basic networking Experience Level: Intermediate-level candidates are preferred, but junior-level applicants with strong technical knowledge and communication skills will also be considered. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
