HYBRID Admissions Specialist - Inbound Support (mainly remote) Location: Required to go into office 1x/month (3rd Tuesday of each month & for the first day of work) Start Date: July 9th Schedule: Monday-Friday, earliest shift would by 8:00-4:30 M-F. and the latest would be 9:30-6:00 M-F Job Description: * Respond to inbound calls, e-mails, and faxed referrals. * Request placement and respond to inquiries via outbound calls and e-mails. * Place outbound calls to hospitals for placement requests. * Partner with Field Operations to visit doctor's offices and hospitals. * Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance call standards. * Coordinate and complete patient placement using all tools and resources. * Maintain data forms and enter them into the database. * Achieve department metrics and goals. * Work during expanded hours to serve patients and teammates. * Comply with HIPAA regulations for patient information confidentiality. Skills: * Healthcare administration * Patient services * Medical record * Customer service * Medical scheduling * Patient coordinator * Admissions Customer Support * Inbound call center * Insurance verification Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Monitor calls for quality and adherence. * Minimum of 6 months' related experience. * Data entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minute. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook. * Excellent customer relationship and network building skills. * First-class customer-centered skills. * Ability to empathize with customers under stressful circumstances. * Organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills. * Attention to detail and follow-through. * Willingness to work overtime. * Ability to understand and follow employment policies and procedures. * Adherence to department metrics and goals. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
