Description
A Brief Overview The Manager, Service Line Development and Revenue Cycle, has full responsibility to identify, design and implement key business strategies to grow and expand Women's and Children's Services throughout the UH system. Provides direction and oversight of revenue cycle projects within WCS. The Manager leads key strategic projects and works collaboratively with WCS senior leadership. The Manager, Service Line Development and Revenue Cycle will report formally to the Chief Operating Officer , Rainbow Babies and Children's and MacDonald Women's Hospitals. The Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful development and implementation of detailed business plans outlining the strategic, programmatic and operational aspects of multiple service lines as assigned. In addition the Manager will identify and lead revenue cycle projects in coordination with operational and Rev Cycle leadership. More specifically the Manager will be accountable for the following: Planning and Budgeting (30%); Service Line Decision Support and Reporting (20%); Revenue cycle projects (20%); and Clinical Portfolio Growth (30%).
