The Role:

The Industrial Process Heating Division is focused on harnessing the legacy of innovation, quality, and market leadership from both Vulcanic and Chromalox. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in industrial heating, while continuing to support our customers with world-class solutions.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the finance team within the Industrial Process Heating Division. Supporting both the Chromalox and Vulcanic businesses, you will engage in forecasting, budgeting, and financial close activities. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager - FP&A.

You will leverage your analytical, reporting, and presentation skills to influence financial outcomes and support strategic decision-making. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain valuable regional and global experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS accounting guidelines.
  • Review and analyze large project profitability in coordination with the sales and operations teams.
  • Contribute to the development and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business review presentations with insights and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain reporting aligned with business strategy and leadership goals.
  • Analyze monthly financial results to ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and system enhancements.

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • High level of financial acumen and business insight.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex financial issues and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and experience working with international corporate structures.
