Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Paralegal to join our Trusts & Estates Department in our Fargo The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing a busy workload that involves significant client interaction and document management. Key Responsibilities Include: * Support attorneys in trust and estate planning * Draft legal documents * Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns * Form business entities such as LLCs and partnerships * Communicate regularly with clients * Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all required filings and deadlines Our Ideal Candidates Will Have: * Two or more years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in trusts and estates * A college degree; paralegal certification is preferred * Demonstrated understanding of trust and estate planning processes * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex information * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively * Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits: Our comprehensive benefits options include medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, short-and long-term disability, employee resource benefits (inclusive of counseling, coaching, and care-giving guidance), paid-parental leave, parenting classes, parking, and much more!
