Job DescriptionAs Marketing Manager you will create the roadmap for success for the rest of the organization to follow in establishing leadership in chosen vertical market segments. The Marketing Manager is responsible to develop, articulate, and drive market segment strategy with the goal of improving revenue and profitability. They will work closely with other functional and BU areas (Sales, Pricing, Product Management, R&D) to drive strategy and align across organization on key priorities and respective segments. Working with these other functions, the Segment Market Manager will identify product portfolio gaps and go-to-market strategies and then executes on plans to achieve growth targets. This role may also leverage Amcor's successes achieved in other Amcor businesses globally, as well as Global Business Group projects, and other innovation platforms to help establish Amcor as a market leader in chosen segments. CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $108,700 to $135,900; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $108,700 to $163,100 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
