Job Description

Program Supervisor - Crisis RTF - weekend, PRN

$22.50 per hour

Elwyn is searching for a passionate Program Supervisor to join our Crisis Residential team. You'll oversee a small group home, ensuring resident well-being and smooth operations.

Rate: $22.50 per hour
$1000 sign-on bonus
Shift: Saturday and Sunday (10 am - 8 pm), weekend on-call
Media, PA (Elwyn campus)

Responsibilities

  • Resident Care and Treatment:
    • Ensure resident treatment plans are followed.
    • Provide clinical support for client community integration.
    • Oversee staff training and resident documentation.
    • Cooperate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality programming.
  • Staff Leadership and Development:
    • Supervise staff in recruitment, training, performance management, and more.
    • Foster a supportive environment for staff and residents.
  • Safety and Operations Management:
    • Complete administrative tasks like scheduling, safety checks, reports, and vehicle logs.
    • Cooperate with operations management.
    • Perform CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, criminal justice, or a related field (e.g., medicine, social work, psychology).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with individuals facing behavioral health and/or intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) challenges.
  • Experience in clinical assessment, mental health diagnosis, and working with drug and alcohol populations (preferred).
  • Strong supervisory experience, problem-solving skills, teamwork, communication, and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CPR/First Aid certified with crisis intervention training.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and 3 years of US driving experience.
