CLEARANCE: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

CERTIFICATION: CISSP

TRAVEL: As Needed

SALARY RANGE: $140k - $160k

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Team Product Owner to join our team supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Sensing Directorate at the OPIR Tools, Applications, and Processing Laboratory (OPIR TAP Lab) and the Boulder Ground Innovation Facility (BGIF). In this role, you will provide leadership for identity management, network access, and cybersecurity compliance across all OPIR TAP Lab enclaves. You will ensure the successful development, submission, and maintenance of Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages to achieve and sustain Authority to Operate (ATO), Authority to Connect (ATC), Interim Authorization to Test (IATT), and other required network accreditations. This position is critical to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mission-critical systems supporting national security objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • CISSP certification

  • 10+ years of industry-related experience in cybersecurity or information systems

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage identity and network access for authorized personnel across OPIR TAP Lab systems

  • Develop, coordinate, and submit RMF packages necessary to achieve and maintain ATO, ATC, IATT, and other enclave accreditations/approvals in eMASS and Xacta 360

  • Collaborate with Government Information System Security Managers (ISSM) and support Information System Security Officers (ISSO) to maintain and resolve Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) deficiencies

  • Apply and reassess impact baseline security controls to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and maintain ATO for all network enclaves

  • Conduct assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring activities to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of OPIR TAP Lab information networks

  • Follow RMF and DoD guidance to develop and maintain accreditation packages, coordinating approvals with the appropriate Authorizing Official (AO)
