SUMMARY: The Digital Product Manager II provides consultation and assistance to various business units with the research, ideation, business requirements, development of a business case, and interfacing with team members throughout the organization. Responsible for the general ownership of multiple products, relationships, provides strategic input, and supports the success of their areas of expertise. Works closely with business and technology partners in the bank as well as 3rd party vendors to identify and maximize opportunities to use to improve products, services, and/or business processes. Coordinates efforts through the bank's Digital Delivery team to execute functional enhancements and new capabilities in a timely and budgeted fashion. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, directors, managers, clients, customers and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
