We're looking for a hands-on, strategic HR Shared Services Manager to lead and evolve our global People Operations support model in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is passionate about building scalable, people-centric solutions that improve the employee experience and operational efficiency. This role supports both strategic initiatives and day to day operations to help build a high performing organization and employee experience. As the HR Shared Services Manager, you'll optimize HR processes and lead the global expansion of our shared services model. This role will report directly to the Sr. People Operations Manager and will lead a global team of 8, with potential for expanded oversight as the team grows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
