The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
• An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
• 1-3 total Supervisory/Managerial experience preferred
• NADD Certification requires within 1 year of hire
• Certified Technology Assessor Preferred
• HRST Reviewer Preferred

About the Role

As a Program Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing high-quality care and services for individuals with IDD. Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will manage a caseload, lead team meetings, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee individualized care plans and services
• Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with families and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, medication, and safety protocols
• Support Medicaid renewals, assessments, and ISP development
• Analyze service data and implement improvements
• Conduct audits and ensure licensing compliance
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, families, and external partners
• Collaborate with behavior specialists and nursing staff to support holistic care
