Job Summary
- The Senior Strategy Engagement Advisor will lead strategy project Teams, owning the end-to-end strategy engagement. In this role, the Senior Strategy Engagement Advisor works with Corporate Strategy Director leadership to scope the project, develop storylines, detail approach, and manage senior stakeholders across the Company. Leads the project Team including setting workplans, support Team members in the design and execution of their workstreams, articulating insights, presenting recommendations, and coaching Team members. Senior Strategy Engagement Advisors can work very independently and are seen as valuable thought-partners by Leaders across the Company and develop relationships with Company Leaders that go beyond the course of a single project.

Responsibilities
- Use extensive experience from prior projects to help develop hypotheses, even when topic may be new
- Partner with internal clients to develop strategic project approach, framework(s), hypotheses, executive storylines, and recommendations
- Help design, guide, and quality-check quantitative and qualitative analyses, performed by project Team members
- Coordinate engagement with numerous peers, Leaders, and Senior and Executive Leaders across the Company to gather qualitative input, research relevant hypotheses, source data, etc., and maintain relationships over time after project-end
- Serve as a thought-leader for Senior and Executive Leadership through project work
- Build and maintain a network of relationships across the Company at the Leader and Executive level, and use this network to help create project solutions
- Support the Team to develop insights and recommendations that span the different pieces of the project and are informed by the broader business and industry context
- Coach project Team members by providing frequent, actionable, and tailored feedback that leads to steady development
- Own end-to-end project deliverables including analyses, models, and executive-level presentation materials and drive organizational alignment and buy-in from senior Strategy leaders and internal client senior leadership
- Frequently present findings and facilitate discussions with Senior Executives to communicate insights and influence perspectives
- Create and own master project workplan, managing multiple streams of complex work and Team members, ensuring the work drives forward toward the right insights
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data
- Skilled with operating Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and Alteryx
- Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
- Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Innovator level experience, highest level of knowledge in:
- Leading a project team in a fast-paced, iterative project environment
- Generating hypotheses and driving work independently
- Synthesizing analyses to pull out insights
- Communication through storytelling
- Partnering with internal and external Teams
- Analytical problem solving
Physical Abilities
- Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 10 lbs.

- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines

Competitive market salary from $163,700 per year to $181,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company. Benefits you'll love:
