The Opportunity: We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Associate Director, Prospect Development to lead prospect development research and analytics in support of the fundraising goals for UCF's Presidential, Transformational, and Planned Giving prospects. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Operations, this role will oversee a team of prospect research professionals, manage complex projects, and conduct in-depth research on high-capacity prospects across all academic colleges and units. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in prospect research and management to drive strategic donor identification and engagement initiatives while supporting development officers in optimizing their prospect portfolios. Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary for a well-qualified candidate is $64,518 - $85,000. The final determination of a successful candidate's starting salary will vary based on several factors, including education and relevant experience. The anticipated pay scale indicated for this position generally applies to candidates who meet the minimum requirements and several of the preferred qualifications outlined above.
