As the Transformation and Negotiations Manager, you will drive and oversee the enterprise consolidation process, as well as strategic partnership and vendor negotiations. This role includes coordinating change management, streamlining supplier relationships, standing up strategic programs, and ensuring that strategic consolidation initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
 This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you'll work from the office at least two days each week.  Cost Optimization & Take-out Initiatives: Establishing structure and clarity to operational expenses at the enterprise level to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities across non-labor spend and vendor portfolios.Negotiations: Leading high impact negotiations with enterprise vendors and partners to structure deals that align with the company's strategic growth ambitions.Cross-functional collaboration: Working directly across all departments of the organization (to include finance, operations, product, GTM, and legal teams) to align on vendor rationalization goals and future-state objectives; crucial in ensuring seamless operations and driving cost efficiencies.Data Analysis and Reporting: Generating non-labor OpEx reports, analyzing spend data, and providing actionable insights to achieve efficiencies across all business functions and vendor management / audits

 4-7 years of related experienceThe ability to confidently operate in high conflict situationsProven financial acumen with a deep understanding of value creation, value capture and cost structures Deep working knowledge of business processes and operating systemsStrong negotiation skillsExperience with Zip, NetSuite, MS Office Suite to include Excel modeling, PowerBI, Tableau is preferredPrior experience in M&A, private equity, or technology strategy consulting is preferredA technical background and the ability to pre-emptively identify technical challenges when developing consolidation strategies is preferredA bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required.  Within your first month, you will become acclimated to the organizational objectives and operating model of CollibraWithin your third month, you will be responsible for the execution of the strategic roadmap on Collbra's third-party spend, in collaboration with senior leaders of the organizationWithin your sixth month, you will be operating at a high-level providing strategic recommendations on sourcing, exercising the ability to problem solve at the enterprise level, identifying additional cost-saving measures, and displaying effectiveness in high-level negotiations
 Compensation for this role
 
 The standard base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $130,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
