In recent years, KGSO has developed a suite of new services which help our customers adopt new technologies, products and solutions faster, and with better business outcomes.

The KGSO solution product supportability engineer (PSE) will lead the deployment of KGSO service offerings for PL GM/PW/RO/WC/SP and WTS solution NPIs. Working closely with PMs who lead cross-functional PL GM/PW/RO/WC/SP and WTS projects through the services product lifecycle (SPLC) process, the PSE provides expertise in KGSO processes, procedures, and requirements to support engineers in the COE or IST to complete the whole product support plans (WPSP). Similarly, the PSE offers their expertise in the services requirements of their assigned projects to the KGSO engineering and regional deployment partners for planning and implementation. They will consult with relevant instrument PSEs on the team to identify opportunities to leverage and elevate existing calibration and repair strategies to the solution level.
