Description Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday Location: 100% in the office, located in Boynton Beach, FL Pay: $15 per hour Nightingale Private Care is a trusted provider of home care services. We are seeking a Receptionist to support our office operations and create a welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Greet and assist all visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and route phone calls and respond to inquiries Maintain the front desk and reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Perform general clerical duties including data entry, copying, filing, scanning, and faxing Order and maintain office supplies Prepare meeting spaces and support office meetings as needed Assist with training and support for caregivers using the EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system Handle sensitive information with discretion Provide additional administrative support as needed What We're Looking For High School diploma or equivalent (required) 2+ years of receptionist or front office experience Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office software Able to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Experience in a healthcare or home care setting is a plus, but not required Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts Apply today to join our compassionate and dedicated team at Nightingale Private Care!
