Position Summary:

Assists in event/program development to ensure a superior/integrated customer experience across in store. This includes analytical and tactical planning, coordinating activities of cross functional teams in merchandising, marketing, and working with external agencies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

> Execute tactical elements of promotions and/or category driven activities (e.g. creative materials, signs, digital/social messaging, etc...).

> Assist Manager and Specialists with retail communication.

> Helps translate brand and category strategies/insights into actionable project briefs to deliver impactful tactical execution.

> Builds timelines and ensures that all key projects deadlines are met and all essential steps are followed.

> Leverages knowledge of key marketing channels and tactical execution to refine and optimize marketing plans and ensure executional excellence in store.

> Ensures that tactical execution aligns with brand equity, brand strategy, and visual guidelines to create a consistent customer message across the store and communication activities.

> Collaborates with Merchandising, Category Managers, Marketing, Store Communication, vendors, suppliers, and agencies to deliver on all brand plan elements with excellence meeting timelines and budgets.

> Leads the coordination of project implementation details, project brief entry, and communication to key stakeholders.

> Run reports and analyze the teams program/campaign performance compared to program KPIs and advises team on best practices and plan corrections to ensure accuracy and impact of execution.

> Manages efforts to measure Marketing execution in coordination with Merchandising, Store Communications, and Retail.

Qualifications and Experience:

> 1 - 4 years marketing or related experience

  • Material Selection: Expertise in choosing appropriate paper stock, weight, and finish.
  • Proofing and Quality Control: Ability to proof designs and ensure high-quality output.
  • Printing Techniques: Knowledge of various printing techniques (offset, digital, screen printing).
  • Distribution: Skills in managing the distribution of printed materials to target audiences.

The Pay Range for this Position is $26.54-$39.81/hr
