Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to help lead and scale our digital products for job seekers - a solution that helps them connect with opportunities through our staffing company. This role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for their product area, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive engagement, retention, and solution success.

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a clear roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • User-Centric Approach: Leverage research, data, and market insights to enhance job seeker engagement and platform effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, UX, sales, and operations to create seamless and impactful user experiences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Scalability & Innovation: Optimize automation, matching algorithms, and personalization features to improve talent experiences.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between product, leadership, and business units, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Guide more junior team members, such as Associate Product Managers, providing support on execution


  • Launch & Evaluation: Launch new products and enhancements, ensuring thorough testing and go-to-market strategies. Monitor and evaluate product performance, using insights to iterate and improve product features.



Preferred Education & Experience



  • 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in HR tech, staffing, talent acquisition, or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in building and scaling organically grown products with a focus on user engagement and retention.
  • Strong background in user research, analytics, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with data-driven decision-making, including defining and tracking KPIs.
  • Experience using AI to build products is a strong plus.

  • Deep understanding of job seeker behavior, engagement strategies, and platform optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in product analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback loops.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision.



Travel Requirements



  • As needed for voice-of-customer meetings, team meetings, product launches, or industry events. Approximately 5-10%.



The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $135,000 to $155,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
