Project Manager- Remote Category: Information Technology Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-385310 Project Manager ( Agile) is needed for a contract opportunity with our Energy Industry client located in Pennsylvania. Job Details Duration: 24 months initial contract Start date: June 2025 subject to change Location: Remote ( EST preferred) Hourly pay rate: : $54.61-$66.37 Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams through planning, execution, and delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies when needed: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Help team set a methodology that works for the team and complexity of the project. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and schedules. Ability to lead BAs and define work Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog. Track and report on team performance using metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, Status reporting, etc.). Communicate project status and roadblocks to stakeholders and leadership. Champion Agile best practices and support continuous process improvement. Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and manage cross-functional initiatives. Support change management, quality assurance, and release planning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or Related work experience. 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Agile environments. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, Agile setting. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MSP, Confluence). Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and product lifecycle management. Estimated Min Rate: $54.61 Estimated Max Rate: $66.37 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
