We use data and storytelling to communicate with clear, distinct, and actionable language. We act as conduit between Cisco's corporate strategy and Security focus areas. We help sellers position our outstanding differentiators to win deals because we comprehend our technology. Your ImpactAs a Seller Success & Readiness Enablement focused on Instructional Design, you will be responsible for building and providing training programs and training delivery for sales processes, practices, and tools. You'll need to forge dynamic relationships across the organization and work closely with sales leaders, sellers, sales operations, sales success and activation, and other enablement teams to design and deploy enablement globally. You must be able to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done in an organized and strategic-focused manner.
