The Search Engine Optimization Analyst I is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, effectiveness, and the successful execution of marketing-related web initiatives and associated search engine capabilities. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to develop, build, and support the company's web and internet applications. The position focuses on achieving operational excellence to drive increased customer sales, retention, and overall sales and marketing effectiveness.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Provides SEO support for assigned websites / platforms.
  • Leverages analytics platforms to evaluate and understand website performance,

    including:

    • Organic visits
    • Visitors
    • Form submissions
    • Conversion rate
    • Bounce rate
    • Visibility (keyword ranking data).
  • Formulates data-driven insights about site performance and identifies / recommends areas

    of opportunity.
  • Utilizes white-hat SEO tactics, including content writing and optimization, metadata

    optimization, schema markup implementation and associated methods to understand and

    improve performance.
  • Troubleshoots negative trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) and search engine

    visibility.
  • Engages with team members and technical experts to define and implement corrective

    actions.
  • Studies changes in the industry and keep tabs on competitors / peers.

    Monitors competitive landscape to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Stays abreast of new developments and changes in internet marketing, proactively

    sharing the best practices, trends, and tips.
  • Other duties as needed or required.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field and no degree.


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Foundational skills in analytical thinking, requirements analysis, software installation

    and support, system and technology integration and technical troubleshooting
  • Foundational skills in collaborating with intent, driving innovation, focusing on

    execution, inspiring others and striving for excellence.


USD 23.65 - 35.48 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $23.65 - $35.48/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

In California, we will consider non-driving candidates who use alternate means of transportation in accordance with applicable law.
