Sr. Lead API Inspector

Title: Sr. Lead API Inspector
Location: Plaquemine, LA

Salary: $105,000 - $125,000
Schedule: 4/10

Focus: The primary responsibility of the Sr. Lead API Inspector is to oversee the monthly compliance inspections for the Plaquemine Site. This includes serving as the PCMS focal point for contract Inspectors and approving all inspection events and work requests..

Sr. Lead API Inspector Essential Job Functions:

• Review all inspection reports and update inspection history in SAP
• Review and approve all fitness for service requirements; identify deficiencies
• Participate in all FMEA meetings; create inspection plans based on FMEA findings
• Review and approve all NDE and rope access inspection plans
• Work with the inspection coordinators for cost saving opportunities such as on-streams and specialty NDE

Sr. Lead API Inspector Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a certified API Inspector
• API 510/570 certification required; CWI certification preferred
• Experience with:
  • SAP Plant Maintenance
  • PCMS
  • PID/Isometric/Construction drawing use
• Strong demonstrated personal initiative and strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
