Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking a C-sUAS Training Integration Analyst to provide analytical and technical support to efforts involving training, military operations, and tactical documentation related to the C-sUAS mission. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, action-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders in support of the Joint C-sUAS Office (JCO) and Operations Division leadership.

This role requires a solid understanding of C-sUAS operations and training dynamics and will be integral in synchronizing and integrating training efforts across the Department of Defense (DoD).

Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the C-sUAS focal point for synchronizing, integrating, and coordinating training efforts with stakeholders across OSD, Joint Staff, Military Services, and training providers for CONUS and OCONUS operations.
  • Maintain situational awareness and tracking of existing Service, Inter-Service, Joint, and International C-sUAS training initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support to training projects and operational documentation.
  • Research, identify, and make recommendations on resources required for execution and successful completion of training initiatives.
  • Gather, process, and analyze operational data to assess training effectiveness and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare, update, and deliver training documentation, system procedures, presentations, and executive summaries to inform leadership decisions.
  • Lead or facilitate Operational Planning Teams and Working Group meetings to address training challenges and develop actionable solutions.
  • Assist with the testing and integration of new systems or training enhancements to meet evolving mission requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to less-experienced staff members as needed.
  • Coordinate interagency efforts to ensure integration and alignment of C-sUAS training across DoD organizations.
  • Identify and recommend emerging technologies to improve training processes and outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Respond to requests for information (RFIs) from JCO leadership and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Former military or military-related experience.
  • Solid understanding of the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to senior leaders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting senior-level decision-making.
  • Must possess a current security clearance and maintain eligibility to access classified material.
  • Must be available to work onsite with the customer in Crystal City, Arlington, VA.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience engaging with senior defense stakeholders or interagency partners.
