Job Summary
The Senior IT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading strategic, high-impact IT initiatives that support Dorman Products' ambitious growth within the dynamic automotive industry. This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional IT projects across diverse business domains and technology platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels, including executive leadership. This role demands a proactive leader capable of driving innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering measurable outcomes. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential, along with the ability contribute to the evolution of project management practices within the organization. This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday, but other days as necessary.
