Location: Bridgewater Scheduled days/hours: will be 7:35 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. Qualifications: Licensed teacher in the State of MN and licensure to teach Elementary Education Grades 1-5. Must enjoy working as part of a team serving students and collaborating with parents. Preference given to applicants with experience and trained in the Science of Reading (LETRS or OLLA). Pay Rate/Range: NEA Agreement BA1 -$55,441 - MA40-$91,619. Base pay DOQ - Subject to change upon the settlement of the 25-27 Master Agreement. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Building Principal, the Licensed Teacher represents a broad grouping of diverse and different instructional positions responsible for developing lesson plans to present district curriculum in assigned instructional subjects; delivering and instructing students in lesson plans and instructional material; evaluating and assessing student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives. Licensed Teachers also participate and collaborate with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues and district learning initiatives, curriculum and building issues.
