We're seeking a proactive Sr Accounts Receivable Specialist to lead initiatives, optimize processes, and manage a high-volume receivables portfolio. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in collections, deductions, SAP, and BI tools while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead AR initiatives to meet team and departmental goals.

  Identify process improvements and drive implementation.

  Manage a complex portfolio of past-due accounts; resolve disputes and deductions.

  Analyze credit risk and recommend limit adjustments.

  
  
• 
  

  Reconcile accounts and ensure timely collections.

  
  
• 
  

  Support AR testing (SAP, BI tools) and contribute to company-wide implementations.

  
  
• 
  

  Build and deliver AR training and documentation.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of collections and account activity.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a key partner to customers and stakeholders.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  
  
• 
  

  5+years in high-volume AR, collections, and deductions (food industry a plus).

  
  
• 
  

  Strong skills in SAP and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

  Strong business judgment and a team-first mindset.

  
  

Salary Range: $69,000 - $80,000
