Sr Analyst, FP&A
Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will be an integral member of the Reworld Finance team, supporting executive level management reporting and financial analysis for total company financial results, aiding in the budgeting and forecasting process, and providing analytical support for the functions of strategic analysis and special projects.

Work Location: Morristown (Moving office to Florham Park in July 2025!)

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days from home)

The position will entail:

  • Supporting creation of monthly consolidated financials which may include cash flow forecast, especially with regards to working capital, capital structure, and investing / financing cash flow implications
  • Leading the monthly reporting process for total company including reporting process timelines and preparing / analyzing / distributing management reports
  • Preparing, reporting, and monitoring key financial and non-financial performance indicators
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders: business operations teams to understand variance drivers; internal finance team, accounting / external reporting teams for close process and supporting financial analysis; corporate treasury for interest expense / cash flow forecasting
  • Providing variance explanations and business insights in concise manner
  • Performing ad hoc analysis / special projects that may arise in a typical corporate finance organization

Position Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree in finance, accounting, or economics and minimum 3 years relevant experience. Prior FP&A experience a plus. MBA / CPA is a plus

Other key skills required include:

  • Strong skills for process efficiency
  • Very strong analytical skills, especially regarding understanding drivers of P&L and cash flow
  • Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong skills in information technology financial applications, particularly Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service or Hyperion
  • Self-motivated, high energy, effective at operating on their own and working collaboratively to deliver exceptional results
  • The ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines
  • Excellent planning, organizing and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization / management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to present oneself in a professional manner
