*Description*
Job Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience in business analysis, agile methodologies, and driving delivery of AI solutions. The AI Product Specialist will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing the product backlog, and facilitating delivery activities to ensure successful delivery of AI/ML initiatives. Key Responsibilities *Process and Solution Definition: Document and define current state processes, identify opportunities to infuse intelligent automation, and design future state solution *Requirements Gathering: Identify and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis. *Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value. *Sprint Planning and Execution: Facilitate sprint planning sessions, review progress, and adjust priorities as needed to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. *Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful product delivery. *Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI/ML products. *Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure that the AI/ML products meet or exceed their expectations. *Test Planning & Execution: Facilitate test planning and execution, including unit testing through UAT sign-off. *Market Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into the product strategy. Qualifications and Skills *Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. *Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and Scrum methodologies, with a focus on AI/ML products. *Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and technologies. *Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. *Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. *Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. *Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 10 + Years Applying technological knowledge , tools and techniques to create new products or improve existing ones. Innovates technology to solve information management problems *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
