*Description*
We are seeking to add on a skilled Escalations Analyst to work within a Regulatory & Compliance team. * Resolves 15+ tickets/cases daily * Cases come through Salesforce or CFPB portal, which is distributed to each escalation analyst's que * Will be tasked within taking a look at a dispute, to ensure consumer provided enough details * If information is missing, will be in charge of researching and also contacting the consumer to gain additional information * Once all information is received, will process the case or escalate to the legal team for further review. * The types of dispute that typically come through include: bankruptcy, change of address, deed changes, claims, auto, policy insurance, etc. * Initiates disputes and drafting a detailed timeline and response for compliance approval * Reviews complaints and analyzes if disputes should be handled internally or sent externally to Fair Information Practice (FIP), Credit Bureau, or internal colleagues * Utilizes databases (MBSI, Salesforce) to enter disputes and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and ensures timely completion of disputes meeting or exceeding the SLA set forth by FCRA * Ability to work in fast-paced environment while having strong written and oral communication skills good interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines * Reviews reports for accuracy and correct disclosure making final decision on which reports are sent to consumers * Follows strict guidelines and SOP regarding various disputes *Skills* customer service, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, claims resolution, ticket resolution, case processing, salesforce software, microsoft office, banking, insurance, legal support *Top Skills Details* customer service,regulatory compliance,dispute resolution,claims resolution,ticket resolution,case processing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Nice to Haves: - An individual that comes from a legal background - example of this could be a paralegal - Individual that comes from the banking or insurance industry - must have experience in a fast pace environment (must be able to articulate volume of cases/customers handled in prior roles) - experience communicating with attorneys around regulatory disputes is a huge plus - case disputes come from; Insurance companies (home, auto, and medical), Banks, government agencies. people in these lanes will be a preference *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
