Langley Federal Credit Union is currently hiring for a Full Time Loan Fulfillment Representative to work on-site from our Oyster Point Office located in Newport News, VA.

Job Summary:

Coordinates and processes a high volume of loan products and services in the loan fulfillment department to support Consumer Lending. Engages in a high volume of interactions and communications with internal and external members. Serves as subject matter expert in funding processes.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:



  • Provides members with a wide variety of information on products and services, which would expand their relationships with Langley resulting from inquiries via email, phone, and written correspondence.
  • Analyzes members' needs and determines appropriate course of action, including product selection, loan terms, and ancillary product offerings.
  • Utilizes loan origination system and CRM to manage a pipeline of active consumer loan applications.
  • Reviews loan applications for accuracy and corresponds with members to obtain and verify documentation.
  • Communicates directly with internal staff concerning pending applications and provides funding assistance.
  • Finalizes and disburses loan products to ensure compliance with Langley's policies and procedures.
  • Maintains high production, quality, and service standards for consumer lending.
  • Corresponds with members to obtain required documentation to process and fund loans.


Qualifications:



  • One to three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
