In this role, you will support the Chief Customer Officer by driving strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence across the organization. You will lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, manaeg performance targets and budgets, and ensure alignment across departments such as Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success. You will oversee leadership meetings, business reviews, and data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities. As a central communication hub for leadership messaging, you will build reporting structures, and contribute to executive and board communications while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture and providing guidance to team leads.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Customer Officer to develop and track execution of strategic priorities.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, including OKRs, performance targets, and budget alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and serve as a liaison between departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success).
  • Drive operational cadence: manage leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, QBRs, all-hands, and business reviews.
  • Analyze business metrics and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Own special projects and programs to improve productivity, scalability, and customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a communication hub for the leadership team, cascading messages, priorities, and updates throughout the organization.
  • Build clear reporting structures and dashboards for visibility and accountability.
  • Assist with executive communications, board presentations, and internal communications
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture across the team.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for team leads and managers.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
