Employees at York also perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. Join our team as a Lead Facilities Engineer. Job Summary
This role is to provide on-site Facilities Project Management and Facilities Operations and Maintenance oversight at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company York Vehicle Operations manufacturing site. This is a fully on-site role located in York, Pennsylvania. This role will have responsibility for the active oversight and management of Facilities operational support services by outside vendors and will actively collaborate with York manufacturing operations personnel related to systems and equipment operations and maintenance management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for complete Project Management of Facilities projects, including building construction, facilities infrastructure, facilities equipment, cosmetic, and other key construction related projects as assigned. This role should be an individual with a Facilities Operations background, ideally with experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production facilities, and with construction Project or Program Management experience. This role requires an individual who is detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to be effective working independently or in a team environment with multiple overlapping priorities and deadlines. This role reports to Central Facilities Operations, with additional accountability to Central Facilities Project Management and local York Plant Operations. Job Responsibilities
