Do you have at least 6 months of customer service experience? Advantage Resourcing is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work in Gainesville, GA. We have a temp-to-hire opportunity with our partner company dedicated to preventing disease, attending to injury/disability, promoting health and well-being, and responding to disasters from a health perspective. Let's work closely with health departments and public health districts to care for our community.

Shift Details



  • Pay: $15 per hour
  • Monday 8 AM - 5 PM | Tuesday 8 AM - 7 PM | Wednesday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM | Friday 8 AM - 12 PM



Requirements | 6 months of customer service experience and oral and written fluency in English and Spanish

Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsibilities include communicating with the public, internal customers, and external customers, providing information and services targeted to meet customer needs, researching governing policies or laws to help resolve any issues with customers, making appointments, printing WIC vouchers, overseeing reports to create and maintain caseloads, and maintaining office supply inventory.
