Information Manager (Operations Support)

This position requires an active Secret clearance.

Delivers IM/IT training, sustainment, and help desk support for deployed systems, ensuring continuity and operational readiness.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Information Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.

Information Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct IM/IT training and support for field teams
• Ensure system functionality and continuity
• Support field help desk operations and troubleshooting
• Assist with sustainment efforts in austere environments
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Information Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• 5+ years of experience (degree may substitute in part)
• Security+ CE preferred; ITIL or Health IT certification preferred
• Experience with deployed medical IT systems and AF readiness operations
• Strong user support and sustainment background
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
