The Customer Development Manager role will have a primary responsibility of delivering the business plan for the FLO/Wholesale/Compass group of customers within the Greensboro, NC area that they are accountable for. The Customer Development Manager - FLO/Wholesale/Compass will support the Sr. Director of On Premise and play a critical role in the profitable growth of their assigned account base within their respective markets. This role will lead, initiate and prepare all contract negotiations in partnership with the Sr. Director of On Premise that will be presented and shared with customers. Duties & Responsibilities
