F5 Network Engineer (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified F5 Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team . The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cloud infrastructure network architecture and application architecture with a focus on integrating multiple components into optimized cloud solutions. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and management of cloud-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture and Design Develop and implement cloud solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Architect largescale solutions incorporating both F5 and nonF5 products.
• Integration Integrate multiple components to create optimized cloud solutions ensuring seamless operation and robust security measures.
• Technical Expertise Provide expert level knowledge and support for F5 products including BIGIP LTM BIGIP DNS and other related technologies.
• Project Management Lead and manage cloud migration projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Collaboration Work closely with network engineering application development and IT security teams to align cloud solutions with organizational objectives.
• Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud configurations architectures and processes.
• Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications

• Certification F5 Certified Solutions Expert Cloud F5CSE Cloud with valid F5CA BIGIP F5CTS BIGIP LTM and F5CTS BIGIP DNS certifications [1].
• Experience Proven experience in cloud infrastructure network architecture and application architecture.
• Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS Azure and GCP.
• Technical Skills Strong knowledge of F5 products and solutions including load balancing DNS and security features.
• Familiarity with cloud based technologies and best practices.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Certifications Additional certifications in cloud security or related fields.

Project Management Experience in leading cloud migration and modernization projects.

Security Knowledge of cloud security architecture patterns controls and standards.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 10th 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
