Director, Business Ops and Strategy(Global Security)

What is the opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated strategic thinking individual who will be responsible for strategy creation and collaboration with US CIO strategy, TI, and GS offices. A key part of this role will be in the development/maintenance of MI reporting, financial forecasting, including complex finance 'walks' of transformation outcomes and modeling of local M&A roadmaps.

What will you do?

• Coordinate development of and inputs into the regional cyber strategy - manage quality reviews, refresh, approvals, and socialization.

• Orchestrate regional input into the global cyber strategy and associated input material.

• Develop MI and reporting decks - including board level local material - partnering closely with the enterprise CyberOps comms and analytics' team.

• Develop and maintain roadmaps and tracking strategic implementation - metrics, status outcomes, success measures.

• Establish financial baselines for the region - defining financial 'walks' to tell the story of strategic financial outcomes achieved through regional transformation.

• Partner with the broader finance team in GS to prepare detailed budgets that improve the cost-efficiency and regional value proposition.

• Developing templates and preparing materials for regional cyber forums and committees.

• Defining financial models for M&A activities impacting the region, and mobilizing strategies for visualizing and demonstrating cyber costs in region and value (in partnership with Strategic Initiatives)

• Leading the coordination of regional all hands and coordination of local communication needs (in partnership with CyberOps and GS comms) and managing local HR systems for matrixed management requirements.

• Engaging with other business management offices in region to ensure cyber security is aware of business strategies, change initiatives and business context.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

• University degree, or equivalent combination of education and cyber security experience.

• 5+ years of business management experience.

• 3+ years' experience of financial forecasting, modeling and creating financial visuals.

• 3+ years' experience in strategic relationship management and strategy development.

• 2-4 years in the financial services or other regulated industries, working at the management level.

• Strong business and financial acumen plus operational mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, transparent relationships / partnerships, with the ability to coach and partner across a matrix organization.

Nice-to-have:

• Business management and financial experience over certifications.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $160,000 - $250,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
