Organizational Change Manager As an Organizational Change Manager your focus will be on people, processes, communications, and systems of organizational change management. In parallel you will be leading change management activities for high visibility projects while collaborating with peers around campus to support success and maximize customer satisfaction. This position is not currently a management position and does not have direct reports. 75% Project based Organizational Change Management
20%- Organizational Change Management Practice Building You will lead the development of change management practices, processes, tools, and templates to set up a change management community. This will include creating and delivering a consistent, organized, and effective set of practices, processes, and tools to be used by others across campus.
Other duties as assigned - 5% You may be asked to take on additional responsibilities, including occasional off-hours or weekend work. Infrequent domestic travel may be required
