AWS Cloud Engineering Technical Manager

What success looks like in this role:

* Provides direction to a small team of Cloud engineers.
* Assigns, manages and performs project work, including scope, schedule, resource allocation and budget.
* Retains technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating projects.
* Engages with customers, end users and business partners to understand cloud service and related functionality / performance requirements.
* Establishes initiative / project objectives, schedules and timelines based on stated requirements and expectations.
* Establishes and consults on best practices and standard operating procedures for development, deployment, support, break-fix and systems management.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0-2 years' leadership experience
