KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Workplace Technology & Collaboration to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the development of strategy, roadmaps, and appropriate technology choices; stay abreast of current industry trends, best practices, tools, and technologies to keep innovation at the forefront
  • Execute on the roadmap and evangelize technology changes by creating and delivering presentations, participating in projects, and authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and best practices
  • Review technical requirements to ensure alignment with business strategy and project goals, providing constructive input and direction for application engineering, project, and operational teams
  • Partner with internal business units and vendors to analyze products and processes, identifying areas for improvement and operational efficiencies
  • Participate in technology evaluations to assess products against requirements, and create materials for recommendations with supporting data and analysis
Qualifications:
  • Minimum four years of recent experience with in-depth knowledge of technology solutions, focusing on user experience and seamless adoption; experience with implementing new technologies, performing product evaluations, and writing technical documentation/standards
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing processes and ensuring proactive troubleshooting and remediation of any interruptions to employee experiences
  • Experience working in an agile environment; background with building and supporting integrations utilizing APIs and custom coding; proficiency in designing and implementing Microsoft Teams and other M365 collaboration solutions
  • Background implementing Cisco video codecs utilizing Microsoft Teams-based registration; experience with enterprise digital signage deployments; specific experience with Korbyt is preferred; familiarity with various forms of Workplace Technology and IoT solutions such as occupancy sensors, scheduling panels and building control systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
