Scope:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Business Partner. This position is a key player in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions, and ensuring the overall success of our business applications.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive business process models and workflow diagrams.

Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to implement business solutions.
  • Guide project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present proposed solutions.
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and Automation

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • 10 years total experience with over 5 years of proven experience as a business analyst (or similar) in complex business environments.

  • Proven experience in business partnering roles, business applications, etc.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and specifications.

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools.

The salary range for this position is: $104,669.00 - $151,665.44 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
